FEES


Our fees are normally based on an hourly rate of € 150-170 depending on the type of work, plus any VAT. Spanish VAT is currently 21 %.

However, in certain areas our services are offered at a fixed rate. These are:
* Wills and inheritance matters
* Buying and selling of property
* Tax returns for companies and individuals
* Applications for NIE and CIF numbers

We routinely request that our clients deposit a provision of funds in our client account prior to undertaking any work.
